Home slices! Whats up? Just got back from a long drum session. We have no AC in our rehersal space so I sweat about 4 pounds off. I'm gonnaa try to post some video footage of our space as soon as andrew gives me the camera back. After practice I was driving home and had forgotten my iPod so I was forced to listen to the radio. When faced with that ultimatum I usually listen to political talk radio. But instead I decided to see what the youth of our nation was listening to on the pop radio station. I'm pretty sure it was a Nickleback song about being a rock-star. I couldn't tell if it was supposed to be a joke or if he was for real. Anyway, the chorus came on and they bleeped out a word. I couldn't figure out what the word they were bleeping out was, because a normal swear word did not fit in the sentence. So when i got home I called upon google to answer my question. The word they bleeped out ON RADIO was "DRUGS". they bleeped the word drugs! I know, it confuses me to. "fuck" or "shit" I can see. but drugs.. come on. Looks like its talk radio from here on in. 

On another note, we are planning on heading into the studio soon. (I know I know, its taking forever, I blam mike). But we are 90% done with all the song writing so make sure to work out your face muscles so when it comes out you have a better chance of standing up to the face-melting rock. STAY COOL MY BABIES

A freind of mine started a website called karmaswitch.com. It is basically a search engine that is powered by google. So you get the same search results as you would if you used google. But Karmaswitch.com takes it a bit further. This site is designed to work just like a normal search engine, except that advertising revenue (which is generated by clicking sponsored links on the search results page) will be donated to a good cause. We just moved into our new rehearsal space in good ol Cranston R.I. I'm going to try and shoot some footage of it this week and post a little video of it next week. It's legit. It has 2 sound-proof rooms so I can play drums and the other guys can play with the computer in the other room. And there is a window between the rooms so I can wink at them while I play. We also have a crazy guy living down the hall from us. He runs around the halls reciting poetry. I talked to him for about 10 minutes about his recent route canal. I'm sure he just had a friend do it, because the side of his face is about triple the size it should be. I think he has lived there for 5 or  6 years. I havnt been in his room, but i'm sure its just as crazy as him. word! 

In other news, the writing process is going very well. We have about 25-30 demos in various stages.

Steve's computer broke yesterday, so email or myspace him and tell him your sorry. he is very sad and lost a ton of shit, like all his pictures from his trip to Argentina and many demos of ours. technology will F you. don't trust the interbot.

Well well well. It has been a while since we addressed you fine folks via the world wide web. How is everyone, what have you been up to? See any good movies lately?

Anyway, Here is a temporary site we are putting up while we are finishing up writing and recording our new record. We are going to TRY and update this very often. With pictures, videos and journal entries like this one. Our first video is up and you can view it on our myspace or on the left of this website. 

We have been doing some work with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and recently played an acoustic show for a middle school that raised a shit ton of money for the cause.
